Most of the information which we collect, use or disclose is necessary for us to sell or lease you your vehicle, to provide products and services related to the vehicle, assist you in the financing or lease of your vehicle or to provide service to your vehicle and we cannot do this without that information.

CreditPotholes.ca may use your account information and transaction history to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use as well as to extend further sales and service offerings via telephone or mail or other electronic means.  You will always have the option to ‘opt out’ at any time by contacting our dealership Privacy Officer, Leanne MacIver at 339-2000.

We also provide this information to Ford Motor Company of Canada Limited (together with third parties acting on behalf of "Ford") to enable Ford to administer your transaction, to provide you with services such as:

• warranty
• extended service plans
• customer notification programs (recalls)
• improving automotive related products and services by conducting customer surveys
• communicating with you by providing you with marketing material such as consumer rebates, product updates and information which may be of interest to you

If we change our privacy or security policies in the future those changes will be posted so you can always know what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
